🚚 SHIPPING POLICY
At Neon It, we pride ourselves on delivering custom-made neon signs with speed, care, and transparency. All orders are shipped via express delivery services, and we offer free shipping on every order—no additional fees or surprises at checkout.
📦 Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order is complete and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your shipment in real-time. Shipping regions are viewable during checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact our support team at help@neonit.co, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
📸 Delivery Inspection & Claims
To ensure the safety of your neon sign:
- Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery for any visible damage.
- Do not discard the packaging if you notice damage.
- We strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing your package to document its condition upon arrival. This provides crucial proof in the rare case a damage claim needs to be made.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must report the issue within 5 days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for compensation.
🛠️ WARRANTY POLICY
All Neon It signs are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty, effective from the date of delivery. We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and will repair or replace any sign that fails due to a manufacturing defect.
✅ What Is Covered
- Internal electrical faults
- Malfunction due to faulty components
- Structural or wiring defects resulting from manufacturing error
This coverage applies strictly to signs used in normal indoor conditions.
❌ What Is Not Covered
The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or mishandling
- Exposure to water, humidity, or outdoor elements
- Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or tampering
- Accidental damage (e.g., drops, pressure, impact)
- Cosmetic issues (minor scratches, smudges) after use or installation
📩 How to File a Warranty Claim
To file a claim, please email help@neonit.co with the following:
- Your order number
- Photos and/or videos clearly showing the issue
- A short description of the problem
Once submitted, our team will evaluate your case and respond with next steps. If the claim is approved, we will arrange for a repair or replacement at no cost. If the damage falls outside warranty terms, we may offer a repair at a fair cost.
Note: The warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
🔄 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Neon It, each sign is made-to-order, customized uniquely for you. As such, we follow strict policies to ensure fair treatment while protecting the integrity of our business.
🧾 Custom Signs
All custom-designed signs (including those created using our design tool or through bespoke requests) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to their personalized nature.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered production. If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order is considered final and non-refundable.
🏷️ Standard (Listed) Signs
Signs sold as part of our pre-designed product range may be eligible for return or exchange in limited cases, such as:
- Manufacturing defects not visible at delivery
- Shipment of an incorrect item
Other returns are accepted at NeonIt's discretion, and any approved return (for other reasons than stated above) must be shipped back by the customer at their own expense unless otherwise stated.
Returned items must be in unused, original condition, and accompanied by original packaging and proof of purchase. Signs that have been installed or altered are not eligible for return.
⚠️ Important Disclaimers
Color Accuracy: Due to screen settings and lighting, actual colors may vary slightly. This is not considered a defect.
Installation Liability: We are not responsible for damage caused during self-installation. Please follow our installation guides or seek professional assistance if unsure.
Delayed Claims: Claims for defects, damage, or incorrect items must be made within 5 days of receipt to qualify for support.
Legal Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the governing laws of the country where Neon It operates.
