Every Neon It sign is carefully packaged with protective padding to ensure it arrives safely and damage-free. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Each custom sign is made to order, with a production time of 1β2 weeks, followed by shipping in 4β7 business days depending on your location.
All Neon It signs include a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal indoor use. If your sign stops working due to an internal fault, weβll repair or replace it at no cost.
To claim a warranty, please provide your order number and photos of the issue by emailing us at support@neonit.co.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from improper installation or handling
- Exposure to water or outdoor elements
- Modification or tampering
- Accidental damage (e.g., drops, impacts)
